How long until my order is shipped?
Because each charm is custom made for you when we receive your order shipping is
2-6 days after receipt of your order. Most charms ship within 2-3 days.
How long does shipping take?
We ship USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary: Within the continental US
3-6 days; Alaska and Hawaii 3-8 days; Canada and International 6-12 days.
Priority Mail is available.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase simply return your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes. You can request another charm in place of the one you are returning.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed with us. Either
email us
or phone us toll free at 888 801-8792 to cancel your order. Please have your order # handy
to assist us in helping you.
Will my shipping charges be refunded if I return my order?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
