I would just like to say that I wanted a charm in memory of my 16
year old daughter that was killed in a freak and tragic accident. A
friend of mine had "In Memory" charms made for some of us thru
Jenalis Charms. I got the company name from her. My daughter's
initials are A.N.T. Since we have lost her, we had license plate
frames made up that say "ANTS Mom" and "ANTS Mom-Mom", etc.
I thought it would be nice to have charms with this. Jenalis Charms,
not only did the charms for me, with the different names, but also
put an ant on the charm (the one that I picked out of about 10,000
choices), and then put the different names. They also asked me her
favorite color, and that was the background color. They just went
out of their way to make these so special and unique to exactly what
I wanted.
I cannot even begin to tell you what these charms meant to all of my
family. I gave everyone in our family a bracelet and one of these
charms, specific to them. Jenalis Charms went out of their way to do
this EXACTLY how I wanted it. Sent me proofs to check, and tried
different ways, just to make sure that I liked it. I don't even
think my order was $20.00. But I was treated like I spent a Million
Dollars!!!!!!
It was very nice and very refreshing. I have recommended this
site/store to everyone I know. There is no other place like them.

These ladies make the most awesome charms. I bought many Italian
charms on ebay when I first started collecting and the Jenalis
Charms hold up better than any of the others. I have had to replace
some of my original purchases from other sellers already with
Jenalis charms.
I have had the wonderful experience of purchasing some of their
custom charms made with pictures I have sent them and I have been
wearing that bracelet ever since. They wash easily and hold up very
well. I am a nurse and wash my hands often at work and home and the
bracelet gets wet - no problems with any of the charms.
The Customer Service is Stellar! I feel like they are friends of
mine not just an outlet for 'stuff'.
I HIGHLY Recommend these wonderful women and their products and I am
not finished purchasing yet! I will be building bracelets for my
friends and family for years to come. THANK YOU JENALIS!!

I have ordered a large number of charms from Catherine and have
never been disappointed. They are very beautiful charms and hold up
very well since I almost live in my bracelets. I have a bracelet and
six charms my son has given me and I know I will be able to cherish
it for years to come. I have also ordered quite a few charms in
memory of my mother.
I have never found any other web site in which you can have any
charm they make turned into a Mega charm. I have one bracelet with
five mega charms on it and people are always asking me where I got
them because they have never seen this type of charm anywhere.
The customer service I would have to say is amazing I have called to
say a charm was left out of my order and it was sent out the next
day. I called Catherine one day to ask her something about an order
I had made and somehow we started talking about a charm I thought
would look nice as a mega charm and with my next order she had sent
it to me. Catherine has always been very nice to me with any
questions I have had. But I think the one thing she has done for me
that will have the highest regard in my mind is when I had sent her
an e-mail about a red starter bracelet my son had given me that had
started to chip. Catherine had written me back and she would get in
touch with the manufacturer and get back to me. Even tough she found
out the bracelet was not made for long term wear she still replaced
the bracelet at no charge.
Anytime somebody asks me where I get my charms I will tell them
Jenalis charms.
