How long until my order is shipped?
Because each charm is custom made for you when we receive your order shipping is 4-8 days after receipt of your order. Most charms ship within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?
We ship USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary: Within the continental US 2-6 days; Alaska and Hawaii 3-8 days; Canada and International 6-12 days. Priority Mail is available.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge $1.95 per order no matter how many charms you purchase. Priority mail is available for $5.80.  Orders over $50.00 have Free Shipping!

What is your return policy?
