If ordering by phone please have the Product ID and name of the charms you wish to order.  If ordering by email please list the Product ID and name of the charms in the email.
 

Our payment processing is secured using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Certificate which encrypts your information. Payments using this method are more secure than using your credit card in a public store! Please note payments made over the phone are still placed using our secure website.

We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, personal checks and postal money orders.

All of our charms are custom made when ordered. Charms will be shipped 4-8 days after order is received. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days.  We ship using  USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail is available.

Refund Policy

All of JenaLis Charms are guaranteed 100% against defects for the life of the charm. This does not include loss or damage to the charm due to ordinary wear and tear.
 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price or request a replacement.
