If ordering by phone, fax or email please have the Product ID and
name of the charms you wish to order. If ordering by Mail please make
a list of the merchandise you want and included product ID numbers.
You may also print out your order from the store.
 Our payment processing is secured using an SSL (Secure
Sockets Layer) Certificate which encrypts your information. Payments using
this method are more secure than using your credit card in a public store!
Please note payments made over the phone are still placed using our secure
website.

money orders. Make Checks or Money Order out to JenaLis.
All of our charms are custom made when ordered. Charms will be shipped 4-8
days after order is received. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days.
We ship using USPS First Class Mail.
