All charms in our store (except clearance/sale charms) are available for wholesale discounts. Our wholesale price is 60% off Retail Prices. You must have a minimum order of 75 charms to qualify for wholesale pricing. Shipping for Wholesale orders is Free!! Please email or call us for our special Wholesale Discount Code.

We also offer discounts for large orders from 15 - 74 charms.
Please contact us for the discount amount as it varies depending on then number of charms you wish to purchase.

For any personalized, photo or custom design please send your design or idea to Catherine, our designer, for approval before purchasing. She will make a design for you and send proofs for your approval before finalizing the product. Your can reach her by email or phone There is a one time design fee of $10.00 for each custom design only if you approve the design(s) and place your order.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long until my order is shipped?
Because each charm is custom made for you when we receive your order shipping is 2-6 days after receipt of your order. Most charms ship within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?
We ship USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary: Within the continental US 3-6 days; Alaska and Hawaii 3-8 days; Canada and International 6-12 days. Priority Mail is available.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return your merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price. Return to:

Can I exchange my order?
Yes. You can request another charm in place of the one you are returning.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed with us. Either email or call to cancel your order.

Will my shipping charges be refunded if I return my order?
No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
